Family Event Class
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
We have Family Zumba and Double Dutch Classes, Yoga Sessions and HITT Aerobic Class, Martial art/Taichi - All ages and levels come together to experience this joyful, fun practice. From grandparents to infants and everyone in between, no two classes are the same! Start by building poses together with your spouse, your child or your sibling and then ease into some relaxation and rest. You will leave this class connected to your family members and ready to take on your day!
Zumba Class/ HITT Aerobics Class- Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Double Dutch Class- Thurs 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. & 6:30P.M.-7:30P.M.
Tai Chi- Tuesday and Fridays 11:30am to 12:30 p.m
Self-defense Class- Wednesday 10:30am to 11:30 a.m.

Walk in the Park ( IT"S FREE ) 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m; 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. ( Two locations Forest Park and Tiemeyer Park) / (ALSO DEPENDS ON THE WEATHER)
Forest Park – located at 5595 Grand Dr. St. Louis, MO 63119 in the East Visitor Parking Lot (corner of Pagoda Dr. and Cricket Dr. across from the Pagoda Lake and cross from the Muny Theater

Tiemyer Park - located at 3311 Ashby Rd, St Ann, MO 63074 (we will be station at the pavilion to the left on the field,when you turn into the park,right next the swimming pool rec center)
This class is open to everyone from prenatal to beginners - anyone looking to dance, stretch, breathe, and have fun doing it! Embrace your inner self by dancing and meeting new people.
