Lemon Dill Salmon


Baked lemon dill salmon is balanced with fresh broccolini and buttery basmati rice. Olive oil is infused with garlic and used as a finish on the broccolini while dry basmati rice is cooked like popcorn, lending a popcorn flavor profile. 

All marinades are made in house to maintain healthy sodium levels without sacrificing flavor. Each salmon filet is caught off the coast of Maine and then deboned and cut fresh for each meal. Plus, salmon is a great source of essential omega-3 fatty acids, which aid in brain and eye function. 

A balance of lean protein, slow-digesting carbohydrates and heart healthy fats will leave you full and focused until your next meal or snack.
